I have done with the LOP configuration but it not getting deducted based on the payroll period.

Kindly guide me so that LOP must deduct based on the number of days in payroll period.

As far i Understand there are few concerns, Before all provide some information 1BAS is holding 9000 What you are expecting as output i.e Absence reduction formula, Accordingly we will suggest and further more  what is employee joining date.

Actually my concern is that LOP must deduct based on  the number of days in Payroll Period.

Current employee joining date is 02.05.2015 and as per the payroll period he has served 10 days(3 days LOP has also been deducted).

Maintain processing class 10 with specification 1 and then check.

Its(PC 10 SPEC 1) there for all regular components of wage types.

Issue is with factoring. Employee joined on 02.05.2015 and payroll period ends on 14.05.2015.

Complete month basic is NPR 9000. Employee will be getting 10 days salary(From 02.05.2015 to 14.05.2015 and 3 days lop). It means 10 days salary=9000/31(no.of days in payroll period)*10days=NPR 2,903.23.

Hi Sikindar,

Thanks for the reply.

Nepal tax year starts from 17.07.2015 to 16.07.2016.

I haven't modified Factoring PCR.

Standard PCR xppf is getting used in the schema.

Kindly advice.
