i5SPCChart - Not able to Add Comment or Suppress Point

I have created an i5SPC Chart and have enabled Allow Point Suppression and Allow Comment Editing available in Context menu Security tab.

I go to my i5SPC Chart, right click on a point outside of control limits and can see Comments and Toggle Point Suppression option always disabled.

Am I missing any configuration?

I can see an option to view All Comments but how to Add/Edit comments.

Can someone help please. I am using MII 15.0 SP3 Patch 7.
