create a hyperlink in External Mail!!!

Hi,

I want to know how to add a Hyper link in Outlook. As per my code i can able to see in SOST when i run the program.

but when i send the mail content from sost its showing the TEXT and i couldn't able to open the LINK.

Please suggest.
