Capacity calculation - Work center

Hi,

Generally capacity calculation happens based on the data maintained in the capacity tab of the work center like start time, end time, break time, no. of capacities and efficiency %.

My requirement is to have the capacity calculations based on the employee schedule (HR info type 2003(daily schedule) and 2001 (leave)). How can i achieve this. What should be the capacity category and scheduling category to be used for this.
