help with context calculation

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the difference between current year and prior year's numbers at the division, region, district levels, but because of the way the data is layed out I am not able to get the calcultion to work. I am pretty sure I need to change the context of the calculation but I can't seem to get it right.

I have a break on Year and Division. The numbers in the difference column below is what I am trying to get to.

Thanks for any help, Maria

Year Division Region District members difference 2015 West California PR 102 -1,002 102-1104 California YT 17 17 17 - 0 West 435 -669 435 - 1104 2014 West California PR 1,104 -34 California YT 0 0 West 1,104 -34 2013 West California PR 1,138 1,138 California YT 0 -1,138 West 1,138
