    Hi

Transaction KP26 creates the link between a cost centre and activity type and a financial period/year. It is where rates for the activity are stored, used in costing and posting actuals to your order. Also check KL02 to ensure the activity type is completely set up, but I suspect your message is due to missing a rates in KP26 for the periods your order is planned to post to.

    Cheers

    Hi Anil,

    Go to KP26.

Input Period, year, Activity Type and Cost Centre

Maintain cost in fixed price column.

    Save.

Hopefully you will not receive error now.

    Regards

    Terence

    Hi Anil,

Please follow the following 3 steps:

    1) Go to Tcode KP26 and enter controlling area to go into the main screen for KP26.

    2) Enter version as 0, from period 1 and to period as 12 and the Fiscal Year as 2015,enter the cost center, activity type and click on overview screen (F5).

    3) Enter unit rate under Fixed price and set value as 2 for distribution key and plan price indicator as 1.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Tajinder
