Crystal Report 2011 with Dynamic Parameters in launch pad

Crystal Reports 2011 built on Bex Query as source in BO 4.0 SP6 platform.

Crystal Report dynamic parameter list of values taken from text file( text file generated using open hub)

Issue

Crystal Report when open in launch pad displays output before prompting for parameters,

when clicked on refresh button in crystal viewer then prompt is displayed .

This happen when Bex Query parameter is option not with mandatory.

Any solution for this issue please .

Thanks

Make sure the report does not have the option "Saved Data" enabled (under File menu).
