IP to String Conversion

Hi all,

  In SM59 when I am trying to provide the IP address of a host it is getting converted into a string. I want to avoid this conversion.

How can i achieve this.

Hi ,

The same can be avoided if instead of IP you go enter HOSTNAME of the system. Also do maintain as below,
