Current inspection stage in case of dynamic modification at characteristic level

Dear experts,

I want to ask you that how to know the current inspection stage in case of a dynamic modification rule is used and is defined at characteristic level.

In the quality level, I can see the next inspection stage and No. of inspections since the inspection stage change, but how can I know the current inspection stage.

If I use a DMR at inspection lot level, the current inspection stage is viewable in the inspection lot.

Regards

Daniel

The inspection stage for the MIC is seen in results recording by selecting the MIC and then clicking on the button "Further details..."

If the characteristic is DMR relevant the stage is displayed on the left hand side just below the "Valuation" field.

Hi Daniel,

This question was open and I will try answering it based on my observation and understanding -

a) Inspection Lot 10000000188 was the latest inspection lot which is result recorded and UD = "A" made.

b) Sampling procedure F05 is added to MIC position 10 and 20, and DMR MR1 added to the MIC position 10, and MR2 added to MIC position 20.

c) There are no open inspection lots created for this example Material/Plant/Inspection plan Group/GrC combination, for which QDL3 is verified.

d) Character position 10 (Weight) follows "Inspection Stage for Next Inspection (QDQL-PRSTUFENAE)" value "3", represents the current stage applicable for the MIC. No of "Inspection since inspection stage change (QDQL-ANZPRAEN)" has value "3" means, after attending the stage value "3" has reached, there are 3 more inspection of MIC "Weight" had happened.

e) "Number of Not OK inspection since stage change (QDQL-ANZNIOAEN)" means there is no UD = "R" selected yet.

f) "No. of Cancelled Inspections per Char. Since Last Inspection (QDQL-ANZPRSTOP)" means there was no inspection lots, where there were MIC "Weight" not result recorded with status "5".

Thanks,

Arijit
