Hi,

our customer has the following definition in C4C.

Multiple sales groups ans sales offices are assigned to different sales areas.

Company codeSales OrgSales officeSales group
1111
1211
2312

Is there a way to get the org structure looking the same as it is defined in ECC or is there another way around?

Best Regards

Florian

According to some discussion with SAP, this functionality might be expected with release 1511.

So the general question is, what possible solutions are available in the meantime?

Multiplying the sales offices seems not really an option.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Hello Roman,

company codes can be created w/ or w/o integration from ECC.

Hello Roman,

you have to set up the org object as company.

Hi Florian,

thank you!

But CO_1000 and SO_1000 (from your screenshot) are only the descriptions of your organizational units. Correct?

There is no standard field that says (company code / Buchungskreis).

Hi Roman,

the flag "Unternehmen" defines that the object is the company code.

Hi Former Member,

but the company code is not reflected on customer level somehow/somewhere?

As we need to integrate fields (with SAP ERP) that depends on the company code on customer level (e.g. dunning).

Hi Raphael,

so far, the company code data from ECC is not reflected in C4C. Therefore you would have to develop your own enhancement in C4C. The existing iFlow already contains the IDOC segment E1KNB1M. So you would have to enhance the customer master in C4C with some additional org unit related data and enhance the iFlow to transfer the data into it.

Best Regards

Florian
