Switch Pooled Capacity

Hi PP experts,

If an old work center is on running and create with individule capacity. But now I want to management a pool capacity and use for different old work center. How to make switch.

I have create a pooled capacity and I try to delete the capacity from old work center, system show the capacity is on use now. How to make such switch?
