    Hi Akio,

What SP are you using for CR for VS? SP 19 was just released:

Also, there are known issues with some fonts in USP10 version 1.4. We are working on updating to version 1.6.

So need more details about the report. If you can zip the report up and upload it to a file share I can have a look at it. Use Saved data and dummy data that replicates the issue.

    Hi Don

Would you tell me how to check what SP is applied to our CR for VS?
And, would you also tell me what kind of issues have been found in USP10version1.4? Are there any webpages that describes those issues?

    Thank you

    Hi Akio,

Go into Programs and Features, look for CR for VS .NET package, it should have a version number attached.

Search the Knowledge base system using "usp10" and you should find info on what issues have been reported.
