When I tried to upload a credit card transaction. spool is as "This personnel num does not exist". I have credit card number associated to the personnel num in communication infotype of hr master data. still this is error is fetched. can someone help me on this.
You might have more success finding the error debugging the frame program of the transaction and trace where and when (and eventually why) the error is thrown rather than trying shots in the dark 😉
If all the masterdata looks correct, then it might also be, that the parsing of the ccd-File went wrong or something alike.
