SAP BCM CDT history tab Call recording not ticked


Hi BCM guru's

We are on BCM 7. Could you please help with the following. I've set up call recording on server and it is working well when I'm listening to the call from tools ->calls answered but when I try and listen to a call from the history tab the tick is missing and the icon for listening is disabled and I have a message at the bottom saying I have no rights to listen to recordings. I've set user rights to have listen rights on Queue, Queue group and every possible place that I could find including Manage contact history rights as per screen below. Could you please tell me where I've gone wrong?
