Error while upgrading TREX

Hi All,

I have already installed TREX 6.1.01, I am trying to upgrade it to SP14 but I am getting the following error.

<b>FJS-00003 TypeError: versions.get("upgrade.basis") has no properties (in script InstallationScript_18, line 9098: ???)</b>

Can any one please help me in that.

Hi Anish,

there are quite some things that could be the problem here, from my experience.

First of all, you have to make sure, that you have the correct installation files.

Second, make sure that you have deleted the files for older versions.

Third, look in the TREX setup the file TREX.txt (this should be located under <TREXSETUP_DIR>\TREX\COMMON) and set the parameter upgrade.basis=0. Delete all files in the sapinst_instdir directory after this and start the installation again.
