Finalizing steps to upgrade to new BCP v10....
"Help" in the software isn't accessible. Window opens, with nothing in it.
Our IT group working with SAP to get resolution, but any thoughts/help appreciated as we are under the gun to finish before Friday.
Hi Sheryl,
I just noticed your other post, regarding book publishing, and the restrictions on your c: drive by your IT department. The help file being rendered, is pulling from a c: drive location. It also contains Active X controls. This is probably being restricted by security configured on your client machine, either explicitly or through a policy.

Hi Sheryl,
I do not know which web browser you are using, but when I open the help (by the title bar of your browser window screen shot, I see you are in the BPC Add-In for Excel), I get a warning in Internet Explorer to allow active content. Your browser may either be suppressing the error warning and showing nothing, or not reacting to it well. The page appears to be using Active-X controls. You may wish to investigate how your browser behaves in regards to Active X controls.
Here is what I get in IE 10, on Windows 7 x86 -
Once I allow the active content, it renders.
Same behavior on Win 8.1 x64, EPM Big Vol addin, IE 11.
Regards,
Brian
