You can go to Generate Model-specific structures and add the Field Properties type there if you need it. Try doing that, then Generate the structures and see if that solves your issue.
unfortunately, you need to have a developer's access key to generate the structures, as those are in reality Workbench structures. You can check if they were properly generated after that in transaction SE11.
An alternative way to do it is to ask an ABAP developer to generate the structures for you.
