Request is ready to import again - Charm

Hello Everyone,

We have enabled Charm in our Landscape and all the change requests are moving using CHARM. But after successful movement of  TR's into PRD the status of the TR is set to "Request is ready to import again" instead of "Request already imported".

Due to which lot of TRs are occupying lot of buffer area. We would like to set all the TRs in PRD to "Request already" imported state.

Can anyone help us how we can set in CHARM settings

Hi Rajesh ,

I believe you are using Urgent Changes. Keeping the TRs in the buffer is the default behavior for Urgent Changes. If you want to change this, you have to change the property of the Urgent Change tasklist to not keep the transports in the buffer.

Or alternately, run a job to manually clear the transport buffer for that specific Charm project (for already imported TRs)
