QS42 Long text different view

Dear Gurus,

we have the following problem :

When we run t-code QS42 in order to create a new catalog (2) we are not able to insert a own long text for each value catalog.

In the screen below you can see the t-code view

But in other system the same t.code we see the below views:

In this second system we can use correctly the long text for a sigle value.

What  we can control in order to figure out the cause of the different long text views?

QS42 is only for display, to create and change use qs41.

Hi Daniele, I am not so sure at the moment about this as I never experienced  such issue. But would be great if you can compare the options in configuration. In QS41 you can see the icon .

If you click on this icon and then on Administrator and check if long text field is marked as invisible or you can compare the setting in 2 different systems. Has any of your system undergone any recent upgrades?
