SAP BO BI 4.1 SP5 auditor report creation in webi

Hi All,

I have trying to creating the Auditor report in SAP BO BI 4.1 SP5 Universe,  For each of these events at least the following audit trail entries must be registered:

   - Indication of success or failure

   - Source of the event (interface, IP, remote system, etc.)

   - Data, system components, or resources affected

Please let me know the sql query .

I need the client IP- means - BOXI User IP address is required, let me know the auditor query.

      Please deploy the UNX & Crystal reports, you will see couple of Crystal reports related to customer IP (see folder list below)

     You best bet would be download the Audit UNX and Crystal report package at SCN.  See link below

You can then use the SQL being generated by the Crystal reports to create NEW WebI reports.  This is what we did, we offer our customer deployments Audit with WebI package.

Hi Boga,

There are no standard audit reports in Web-I format YET.  So you are left with the below options,

1. Use the universe that is available in the LCMBIAR file to build your own audit report in Web-I or what ever format you would like to see the data. It is pretty simple and basic. Trust me - no rocket science.
2. Schedule the CR in xls format if that would work for you.
3. Since this is an "Admin" only report, simply use the CR as is and it gives you pretty much all the information you need until audit reports in other formats are available to you.

did you tried the Auditing Reports in the first place? Maybe those Reports fit your requirements.
