HR Renewal MSS My Team - Employee card blank

Hello Experts,

We see a blank Employee card on the MSS landing page and also on the My Team detail view. Please check the attached screenshots. Even if the manager has SAP_ALL its the same issue.

Could you please help me fix this issue.
