SAP C4C user device

Hi Experts

we are looking for best device for SAP C4C application for our sales and service team. below are my concerns.

1. which OS (operating system) is best Windows/Android/iOS(apple)?

2. what should be the configuration for suggested device according to OS ?

Hi Hemant,

Actually, I've been using C4C under Windows (laptop/desktop) and iOS (iPhone and iPad) and I had no issues at all, however, I am more comfortable when using it on my laptop (not due to OS but because I can see more details on the same screen). My answer to your question should be "it depends". It depends on who will be using it; in case it is an administrative, I'd go for laptop, if we are speaking about a Sales Representative, I'd go for iPad or iPhone, in case he has to share any screen to customer, I'd go for iPad.

When using it on laptop, I have had to install a few things (only the first time) while when using it on iOS, after downloading the app from AppStore, just logged in and started working with it.

Hello Hemant,

I agree with Alejandro. Even I will use desktop/Laptop for Administration related task while will suggest the End Users to use iOS devices.
