SAP B1 Sales Order upselling

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to find a way to create discounts in SAP for customers who purchase additional suggested products.

We sell mainly sports apparel - so as an example a customer may purchase a shirt so we would like to apply a discount if they also purchase shorts and a sweater.

I've had a look at doing 'bundles' in Sales BOMs but there would be far too many combinations of sizes/colours etc.  Size go from Small Boy to XXXL and a bundle may well feature different sizes of garments.

What we need is something similar to Alternative Items where the system suggests additional linked items when a particular item is selected.  Do any experts have any experience of setting something like this up?

Hi Geoff,

As Frank already pointed out, an add-on or SDK coding is needed to get this additional feather. It may not easy. A creative thinking is needed to create a useful links between items.

i dont think it is possible to do it in standard SAP, but a customization should do that. Basically you will heavily modify the sales order form.
