Data ownership not working

I have applied all settings for data ownership, still it is not working. Please help me.

Version : SAP Business One 9 PL : 04

Hereby I attached my screenshot.

1) Sales Quotation done by user Mr. Siva   - In employee master linked with user id.

2) I did authorization - No for others.

3) Now I open with other user. I can able to edit record which is done by Mr. Siva.

Actually other user should not view the record done by Mr. Shiva.

Please help me how to resolve it.

Have you set the tick box to enable ownership filtration in the Data Ownership Exceptions?
