Hi,
I need to generate attendance for 5-6 days & automatic update in IT2002 eg: i give attendance for 25 days & subtype at work
Please help!!!
Instead of generating IT 2002, would it suffice to
- assume attendance for the last week based on the WSR
or
- generate a time w/t?
Next month when there is any change for the last month's last week, a retro will be triggered.

Hi Naidu,
It's not clear to me what you want.
Are you looking for to update the It2002 automatically but base upon which condition. If employee is present and there have bio metric system integration then IT2011 will will be trigger and from there you can able to that employee is present on the day or not.

Sankarsan

Hi Srini,
Still not clear what you want.
Let me clarify as per my understanding.
If you are running the payroll on the cross monthly then would be effect on the statutory contribution site for Indian Payroll. (if it's a Indian Client)
Second you are running time evaluation from 25th Previous month to 24th Current month and your payroll period is between month 1st to last date. Then at the time of payroll run system will trigger to previous month because time evaluation run from 25th of previous month which was on last payroll period. If any difference come in between 25th to last day of that month that will carry foward to current and will do adjustment according month payroll. And another thing rest day's for the current month for which you have not run the time evaluation then system will consider employee bydefault as present and salary will be paying accordingly.
Hope so you are clear.
