Hi,
! have configured 2 notification events on access request submission.
One is NEW_WORK_ITEM to GRAC_MANAGER & second one is REQUEST_SUBMISSION to GRAC_REQUESTER.
But I am getting mail sending fail error, checked in SOST. Only one notification event triggers mail.
I want both notification event trigger mail to different recipients on same time.
Patch level: GRC AC 10.0 SP13
Please look into the issue & help me on that.
thansk,
Pavan
Hello,
this is what's happening in the system.
1st stage approver approves the request, triggers 2 notification event.
1: approved notification to requester.
2: new work item request to 2nd stage approves.
status in SOST Below ->
SCOT JOB ->
Has anyone done it before, 2 notification events at the same time? If so, Please tell me how it was done.

Hi Pawan,
There are 2 aspects here. one is triggering of Notification by MSMP configuration(as mentioned by Madhu), and the other is sending of mail by SMTP setting.
Since, notification is triggered(as per your SOST entry) but mail is not sent, the error lies in SMTP config. Could you show your SMTP settings
So, could you clarify, whether notification is triggered or mail is not sent(after trigger)

Hi Pavan,
I assume you have "Request Submission" event at Global notification settings with recipient ID as "GRAC_REQUESTER"
And another event for NEW_WORK_ITEM to GRAC_MANAGER at stage level notification settings.
If this is how it is configured then Requester will receieve submission notification and Manager will receieve new work item notification. Please share Global Notifcation settings and Stage level notification settings screenshot to assist you easily.
Regards,
Madhu.
