Filling Setup Tables

Former Member

Hi All,

I am trying to fill setup tables for App. Comp. 11, 12 and 13 using oli7bw,oli8bw and oli9w.

For AC 12, i get mssages like -

'DataSource 2LIS_12_VCHDR contains data still to be transferred.

Got similar message (VASCL) for 11. I scheduled an immediate V3 job and then checked lbwq. Nothing related to 11 and 12 are available. I then checked rsa7. But find no entries. Why am i still getting the same message when i executed oli7bw and oli8bw again?

Also, when filling the setup tables, is there any order we need to maintain like 11, 12 and then 13 or any order is fine.

Hi George,

Have you run the infopackage for the full pull from BW, and tried to pull data over? It looks like you have data left over from another setup table run.

Cheers! Bill

First of all, don't mind about the order in filling setup tables...

Then, before filling them, empty all via LBWG, execute twice a collective job in LBWE, check if there is something in RSA7/LBWQ...and check if there is something wrong in SM13 (v2 executed...)

But, when you say 'no entry' in RSA7, do you mean no related rows or no LUWs ?

In the last case, better delete the init or to load data in BW to be sure...

Hope it helps!

Bye,

Hi Roberto and Bill,

I executed LBWG and then executed the collective job [immediate] in LBWE. I checked LBWQ - no entries available. In RSA7, there are entries for some other datasources.

I did not pull any data from/into BW nor did i delete the init request from the infopackage screen. Does this matter since no rows for these datasources are available in RSA7.

If you don't have any rows in RSA7, you should haven't any init in your BW (for your specific datasource)!

Anyway, did you check in SM13 ?

Hi Roberto,

I checked in sm13. There are 3 entries for which the status is 'V2 processed' (green light0. But we are using 'Queued Delta'. So, shouldn't lbwq be enough.

Well..I know this does not answer your question, but I have found this warning in AC 11, 12 and 13 as well even when I had nothing in rsa7, smq1 and lbwq and the set up tables. We have filled the set up tables after getting such warnings and have loaded correct data into BW without any problems.

Same here, even after getting warnings, we succesfully re inited the data target.
