Can we integrate CHARM and HP ALM via SAP PI

Hi All,

We have a requirement to check if Solution manager CHARM and HP ALM can be integrated for incident creation/changes via PI 7.4

If so how do we communicate to CHARM and HP ALM, as HP LAM is on receiver side we can check for WSDL or a service end point for soap or http calls but not sure on CHARM to PI as CTS+ and (CHARM configuration is purely related between CHARM and PI)

I believe you should post this under solution manager space but not under PI space.

Technically it's possible to integrate as solution manager using RFC/webservices etc like any other SAP system.

But you should check if there are standard services/function modules available in Solmon which can provide you the details that you are planning to share with HP ALM.

If not, you can even create custom programs to send this out of Solmon to PI.

But as i said, your question best fits under Solmon space.
