Hi

When iam creating sale order in VA01 in the line item in shipping tab,when iam entrine plant  system is throwing error message.

"Enter a valid delivery point" and i have maintain in XD02,MM02 and i have maintain in spro also i have maintain.

Hi Susheel,

It seems you are entering the customer, which is assigned to plant.

For example A123 is the customer code and Z456 is the plant code.

Then check in below setting:

Material management->Purchasing->Purchase order->Setup stock transport order->Define shipping data for plants

in the above setting A123 would have been set as customer number for plant Z456.

Why are you entering plant manually when you maintained plant in CMR,MMR and plant assignments.

It shall automatically determine into line item.

please check if plant is having any "Zero" or "O" which you might have maintained wrongly mistake.

Already i have maintain in MMR and CMR  and i have checked in Plant assignment also but it is getting error

Also check if your plant is assigned to the company code.

Can you also check VD51 ( CMIR ) ?

Please check this, as per the Note provided by Lakshmiji. Is the sold to party the customer representing the Plant ?

• Note 144253 - Customer number check of delivering plant in sales order
• Note 1950407 - DP90: No error when customer number of delivering plant checked

Have you checked the plant assignments?

Are the configurations of the plant completed and correct ?

Is the material created in this plant?

Have you assigned this plant in Customer master or Is it any other plant ?

Hi,

Have you done the proper assignments needed for the plant ? ( Sales line --plant, etc..)

If yes, then give the screen shot of the error.
