Absence calculation in Payroll

Hi all, I have a scenario in which employees should get only few components of her salary when she is on Maternity leave.

Also absence calculation should be done on the basis of pro rate like. Monthly salary/26.17 * Number of days present (In a month)

Please advise me how to do configuration for this and whether there is need of writing PCR or not.
