Technical error: Web service: PARSING.GENERAL from SAP HR to SuccessFactors

Hello All,

We are implementing SAP HCM to SFSF recruiting data integration.  We were able to import the metadata and have done the configurations for Vacany to requisition scenario. When we execute the report RH_SFI_TRIGGER_JOB_REQUISITION to trigger the requistion we get the following error.

1 requisitions selected for transfer to SFSF

0 requisitions transferred successfully

1 requisitions skipped with errors

Technical error: Web service: PARSING.GENERAL 

On some analysis we found that after the login request is successfull, but the sender interface SFSFGenericUpsertRequestConfirmation_Out times out. We checked the SF API log and it doesnt receive Upsert request at all. This request times out after 5 mins.

Any help or guidance on this will be highly appreciated.

Were you able to get past this error?

Were you using the web service within the SAP namespace or your own customer created namespace?
