I need clarification on following points we have uploaded stock in last financial year dt 01.06.2014 and we did stock transfer in 15.04.2015 in current year. we have activated 08 inspection type and accepted this lot. now customer is asking to reverse this quality UD then only he can do this transaction in last year. Can any one give me solution for this
Had you activated inspection type 0800 before doing initial stock upload on 01.06.2014?
If not, was the stock uploaded in unrestricted use and later you activated 08 inspection type?
I did't get the point - customer's objection on this transaction. I believe this is something your internal stock transfer within your own plant (From QI to UU or from one storage location to another). In what way customer is concerned about this?
You anyway can do sales transaction after 15.04.2015 once you have brought the stock to UU.
Are you expecting to execute some transaction in last year? I really don't think that would be possible now as period and even FY end activities must have been closed now and the books should have been ceased.
