EHP7 Upgrade: System cannot find source storage bin

Good day

We upgraded to EHP 7 over the weekend. Today our warehouses are experiencing "System cannot find source storage bin" upon TO creation.

The "Log of Storage Bin Search" shows that it is going through the various storage types as set out in the search sequence and although there is stock (not blocked, no inventory active) available in a bin in one of these storage types, it ends with "System cannot find source storage bin".

Manually inputting the Storage Type and bin which has the stock, results in a successful TO - however, our warehouses are dependent on background processing to expedite the outbound process.

Please assist.

We found SAP Note “2136433 - Transaction LT04 fails to find the Source storage bin due to a failed query”, which was relevant and was deployed.

As per the screen shared by you the storage section indicator in the material master is 004 and the storage section in the storage bin is 005. Could you please check the storage section search under LE---WM----Strategies---Define storage section search

Although the information supplied to us is limited however based on that can i request you to check the storage section search for storage type Z02 and storage section indicator 004 what is the entry maintained in the system
