Can not use business one but can login into the client

I just installed SAP business one on a new machine and did a patch upgrade along with installing the license file then I login into business one for the first time signed the agreement, but after I rebooted the server when I login into the client I can't do anything it. It say you can't "task" with your current license. I have several licenses and even in manager I can't login. I am running PL19 with a old company DB.

I could login under all user names but can't do anything

Open Server Tools, and reload the license file.

Manage to solve it by opening the license manager and selecting the licenses for each login
