Ranking customer segments in S/4 HANA Marketing cloud

Hello Hybris Marketing Team,

Do we have an option to prioritize the customer segments in S/4 HANA Marketing Cloud?.

How the priority field in the campaign will work?.

    Hi Shanto,

    I think to prioritize customers it can be achieved by means of simple scores. These scores can then be used in segementation to build proper customer segments. In standard we have examples like the channel affinity score of the engagement score.

    technical implementations. This is scope for further releases.
