Where the INTRASTAT ID picks

Hello Team,

In table VEIAV and field EIGENUINR. Where this value picks to EIGENUINR field. In my report RVEXCUBE  when I run I found prefix valu "0" is missing from this field. Can you please advise where it picks ?

Well, I had the same problem.

In SM30 -> View V_001N_MAB

solved it for me. OBY6 was of no use in ERP 6.0 EHP7.

Also "Additional data" in OBY6 did not solve it.

The name of the view is:

"Decl. to the Authorities: INTRASTAT and EXTRASTA ID nos"

Full text search in SPRO does not bring it up, nor going through the SPRO branches in detail.

Seems to me like an obvious omission by SAP.

Foreign Trade/Customs

Periodic Declarations

Special Processing for Plants Abroad

Select company code and declaration country

Intrastat ID number: update this number with one leading zero if it is only 9 digits of numbers.

This looks like the VAT number of the seller. So this must be stored in the company code level. Check in t.code OBY6 and in the company code details ->VAT registration number field.

If the above does not work, then in the same t.code, click on the additional data button and check the field INTRASTAT ID field and check the value there.

Hello Ram,

You are correct. I have one more doubt in XML file I found Field “EXREG” is filled in with “0” while it should contains a value between 1 and 3 (depending of the region of delivery).

Can you provide additional details on for which country you are trying to extract INTRASTAT report?

oh It seems your VAT Number issue is solved.

for Region Code missing, you can check two things:

1) Address of Plant - check if region is maintained or not

2) table T005S if BE State of Manufacturer is available
