SSO through error ask for password

Dear Experts

we have configured sso between R/3 ehp6  and Enterprise Portal 7.31 we have configured for DEV and QUA it works fine but when we configured for PRD it ask for password why it happens i don't understand

login/create_sso2_ticket                    2

login/accept_sso2_ticket                    1

need to maintain

SAPFQDN

icm/host_name_full

also we did maintain because of prd we have 2 app server and load balancing

kindly confirm need to maintain

and trusted system we maintained prd client in portal

Kindly give some suggestions

The SSO to the backend server is not working. Regarding your SSO issue, please go through the below guide first that has a comprehensive analysis of the issue and best practices and further troubleshooting recommendations:

Also check SAP note 1566201 - System logon, expired MYSAPSSO2 ticket.

Clear browser history and browser cache and restart the portal  and try . its a cache issue

Now it is telling back-end system not able to connect

Give me some suggestion

but i have done mostly all things it is and prd server and we had already done this in DEV and QUA

give some suggestions
