GRC 10.1 SP7, cant find chief agent (workflow error)

Hi Experts,

I am using GRC 10.1 SP7, and im having an  issue with the hr structure, i am using hr structure from another machine, and when i create a request the workflow stop with an error (can find agent chief).

Any sugestions?

Hi Alessandro,

We have a chief in hr structure, but the hr structure its configured in other machine, in grc machine we do not have hr strucuture.

Eduardo,

this gets picked from the User Detail Data Source where it is maintained for type HR. There you can configure your HR system. Did you do that?

did you check if a chief is marked in HR org structure? It seems that it's missing.
