Peoplesoft to SAP HR migration

Hi,

Could anybody give me some guidelines in migrating a peoplesoft system to SAP HR system.

I mean to ask, which tool could give me ease of the migration process. Any main concerns we should consider in doing so.

Hi,

I have done a few projects like this in Germany. The right migration strategy depends from the personal resources and appropriate tools, which are available. No project is like the another.

If you start your migration experiences you will use standard tools like LSMW (Legacy System Workbench for HR Master Data) and self written ABAP's (migration of payroll results).

Often it seems better to realize the business logic (only) at SAP. Don't do it too much on both sides.
