No, we are not using a master client, we made a client copy and we are using a 400 client

Have you changed the UME properties in the "Visual Administrator", specially the client from 001 to 400?

We made a mistake, we perform a copy client from 000, source users 000, and profile SAP_ALL (like othes SAP Systems), and we créate the users manually. I can revert this? I mean perform a new client copy from 000 and users from 001? (rewrite)

Hi Carlos,

You can delete client 400, and perform a new client copy from 000 and users from 001.

After that, you must change the UME Master Client settings from 001 to 400.

We solve the problem

The problema was the copy client (Client 000 ans Users 000 instead Client 000 and Users 001). For this reason alll the system preparation failed.

Hi,

Please go back to one of the previous screens to correct the shown error. There is also a SAP Note mentioned to solve the problem. That "SOAP error" is a tricky one, don't underestimate this.
