BATCH STATUS REPEATING IN GRN PLD

Dear Gurus,

I have added a field in GRN PLD for Batch status (i.e RELEASED, REJECTED, LOCKED) but when i run the pld the print layout repeats the line items in numbers of thousand even.

I want to know how can I remove this duplication.

Please guide me in this matter.

You can remove by editing PLD. Please share your PLD here to check.

I called the status of the GRN from the OUGN table and Status field in the PLD and after that when i preview the GRN, it duptlicates thousand times, though i have only 1 line item in the GRN.

How did you get OUGN table? For batch status, use OBTN table.
