Confirmed SC appears in SC Overview screen

Once the SC is approved and follow-on document is created in Classic scenario.

The requester can create confirmation for the SC.

After the confirmation is created and posted in the backend, the SC should not be shown in SC overview screen as per standard.

In our system for some of the users the SC is updated correctly and it disappears from overview screen, for some users the confirmed SC is still shown in overview screen.

When i manually update the SC in BBP_PD using "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" and "BBP_GET_STATUS_2" the shopping cart disappears from the Overview screen.

Hi Prasad,

Please check whether the completed shopping carts check box has been selected in the shopping cart POWL quick criteria maintenance for users who is having this concern.
