Creating users in SAP C4C using Solution Manager

Hi All,

We can use Solution Manager to create users in the on premise systems such as SAP ECC and SAP CRM using CUA. We have been approached by our customer who wants to achieve similar requirement with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) i.e. once the user is created in SAP Solution Manager this should create a user in SAP C4C as well.

Currently SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP 13 can be integrated with SAP C4C but for Exception monitoring but I am not sure if we can use the same feature for creating users.

Any inputs for this need will be very helpful.

    Hello Sandeep

    SolMan and C4C integration is available for exception management but not for user creation and

    replication into C4C.

    Hello Sandeep,

    Let me understand this, your customer wants to integrate C4C with SolMan or ERP or CRM? Reason I am asking this, replication of Users can be initiated from ERP or CRM once they arrives from SolMan. So when a new User is created and triggered towards ERP/CRM then the replication can be triggered towards C4C from ERP/CRM.

    I have tried similar functionality to get the Accounts from ERP to CRM and then C4C.

    Thanks Chandan for reverting to the query.

    The objective is to create users in SAP C4C from SAP Solution Manager. Are you trying to say that there is no direct integration between SAP Solution Manager and SAP C4C and that this replication can be achieved via SAP Solution Manager -> SAP ECC -> SAP C4C or SAP Solution Manager -> SAP CRM -> SAP C4C?

    Currently the users can be also created by replicating Employee data into SAP C4C but this is a separate interface and does not happen when the users are created in Solution Manager.
