Open OnlineStore with 3G connection not possible. Only Wifi

Hi everybody,

I'm currently facing a strange problem with my native iOS application. I want to open an SODataOfflineStore and everything works fine as long as my phone is connected to wifi. As soon as I turn off my wifi and I only have 3G connection I'm not able to receive any kind of data from the test sap-system thru the SMP. I always receive the following error message:

****************Request failed****************

Request failed: Error Domain=NetworkDomain Code=3 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (NetworkDomain error 3.)" UserInfo=0x170464140 {No Network connection=NSLocalizedDescription}

Does someone of you now what the problem is? The current SDK which I'm using is SDK 7 SP1. I'm working with the HCPMS cloud version.

Thanks for your response!

    Hi Stephan,

    Is the wifi used an internal network? If yes it means that the app is not able to pull data from a public network (3g).

    Could you give more details on the issue. Which is the Odata service you are using, is it an internal service or one which is accessible from internet?
