ValidFor at Business partner master data

Hi,

I've a strange case, I've a business partner that is set ACTIVE but if I Query the OCRD table for ValidFor field it has value "N" should it be "Y" ?

you can see it at the screenshot. Same scenario for Item master data but everything FINE for ItemMaster data as it should be.

Any clue ? I am using B1 9.0 PL14 for HANA
