Hi Experts - what is the easiest way to send the SERVICE CATALOGUE to the customer or what are the ways we can send the catalogue to a customer?

Hi Hari - Thanks a lot for the link you have provided, but still i am confused like in the scenario below suppose we want to send a catalogue to a customer or a customer calls to get the catalogue how this requirement can be achieved in sitting in SAP CRM.

Do we need to run any campaigns to achieve this or do we need to have a website that publishes the service catalogues.

Kindly advise.

This is quiet urgent.
