Dashboard or webi cannot connect to OLAP Source

Dear experts,

I create a OLAP connection in CMC, it can connect BW. It can be used to create a report about Analysis edition for OLAP. But for dashboard or webi, an error occurs.

My environment is

•SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 4 Patch 2

•Dashboard 4.1 Support Pack 4

I have searched notes, but no solution. Is there any solution for this? Thanks a lot.

you need to search with the keywords from the error message.

in this case:  Request processing failed XLS 00009  error.openSapBwBrowsingSessionFailed

this returns Note:

   1905673 - "Request processing failed. (XLS 000009 )" while adding a BICS connection in Dashboard Que...
