Hi all,
I am not able to create a new relationship manually on a contact person.
We have a z-relationship which we want to use to link contact persons.
We are able to upload the relationships using the migration tool.
However, when i want to create the relationship manually on the relationship tab of a contact, the screen to select a business partner is greyed out.
I am also able to add relationships from account level.
Is there anything i should activate?

Hi Michael,
You can try going to Activity List -> Fine Tuning -> General Business Partner -> Maintain Relationship
check the relationship is active also check allowed roles and other settings

Even if the new relationship were added, the screen to add the business partner should not have been greyed out.
I guess some configuration related to Relationships seems missing(or done wrong).
Meanwhile till the experts would reply on this thread, I will suggest you to create an incident on this.
