Satrtup.batch file in SUM

I have to run sum tool for that I am running startup.bat file but it opens and disappears.

Please guide me.

Hello,

Have you tried running it with Admin Privileges?

Please download the latest SUM tool guide and go through the section Running the Software Update Manager.
