Your post is not clear as to when your client have upgraded and whether the issue is with only one ARE-1 or all. From your post, what I could understand is some Security related notes are missing. If your client are facing this issue for all ARE-1, then raise an OSS message

Seems like authorisation issue. Take SU53 screenshot and approach your BASIS Team.
